Geoff Brazel
Property Lawyer

General Background
Born in 1956, Geoff completed his secondary studies in Sydney’s Western Suburbs, and entered legal practice as a legal clerk at Liverpool in 1974. He combined work with the study of Law part time through the Solicitors’ Admission Board Course affiliated with the University of Sydney.
In 1975 Geoff commenced employment in Sydney as a Legal Clerk in the Office of the Clerk of the Peace, a branch of the NSW Attorney General’s Department. Work for the Department involved prosecution of serious criminal matters in the District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales.
He completed his legal studies in 1978, and following further study at the College of Law, was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 1979.
Between July 1979 and March 1981, Geoff worked as a solicitor for a private legal firm in Fairfield. In March 1981 Geoff formed Brazel Moore Lawyers in Gosford which has become one of the Central Coast’s Leading Law Firms.

General Background
Emma has been employed in the Legal Industry for more than 30 years both in Australia and overseas. Emma made Australia home in 1999 and has worked for several Law Firms across the Central Coast. Emma has experience in a broad range of Law.
Emma joined Brazel Moore Lawyers in January 2016 initially focusing all of her experience in Conveyancing. Emma then went on to specialize in Wills & Estates, Family Provision Act Claims and Conveyancing. Emma has always had a passion for conveyancing and after years of study, in September 2023, Emma became a registered Licenced Conveyancer.

Lyn Jenkins
Conveyancing Clerk

General Background
Born in 1954 Lyn completed her secondary studies at Cerdon College in Sydney’s western suburbs, and began her legal career at 18 years of age. Since then she has been involved in all aspects of legal work progressing from a junior Receptionist/Typist to Senior Legal Secretary to her present position as Conveyancing Clerk.
During her career, Lyn has gained substantial experience in personal injury law, including third party motor vehicle claims, workers compensation, public liability, family law, conveyancing, probate and general litigation.
Lyn moved to the Central Coast in 1979. In 1987 she joined the firm of Brazel Moore & Co. (now known as Brazel Moore Lawyers), eventually becoming a Conveyancing Clerk in 2001.
Lyn conducts her matters expertly under the guidance of Geoff Brazel, solicitor.

Kayla Craig
Conveyancing Secretary

General Background
Kayla joined the team at Brazel Moore Lawyers in February 2021 as a Junior Legal Assistant.
With a background in Office Administration having worked as an Office Manager for Coles Group, Kayla has a broad range of administrative and secretarial skills.
Upon joining Brazel Moore Lawyers, Kayla quickly furthered her skill set to include work involving Wills & Estates, Challenging Wills and Litigation matters. Kayla is now our Senior Wills, Estates, Challenging Wills & Litigation Secretary providing support to our Principal, Geoff Brazel and 3 Lawyers who work in the Practice Area.
Kayla has a keen interest in the Law and is always looking to expand her range of knowledge across various areas of Law.
Kayla always strives to provide her clients with the best possible Legal Service and her down to earth nature immediately makes her clients feel at ease.
In her spare time Kayla loves spending time with her family.
